1) Strictly no dead buyers or last minute back out/MIA once you've placed an order.

3) Deliveries only have:

(most preferred)
- Normal Postage
- Meetup ONLY at chua chu kang mrt station.(+$1 for my transport)
4) Please bring exact amount of money for payment.
5) Mode of payment, We accept only
- POSB bank acc transfer(most preferred)
- Meetup ONLY at CCK
6) All emails will be replied within 2days unless something crop up.
